It features a thin, high-performance blade paired with a full-tang interpretation of the classic Japanese Wa handle, finished with clean lines and a subtle taper for comfort and control.
The blade is crafted from AEB-L Swedish stainless steel, heat-treated and cryogenically treated to 61 HRC to deliver excellent edge retention and durability. With a 0.10-inch spine thickness, 2-inch blade height at the heel, full distal taper, and an ultra-thin 0.010-inch edge geometry, The Chef provides smooth, effortless cuts across a wide range of kitchen tasks.
