ABOUT THIS POSITION

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Line Cook to join our kitchen team at our La Jolla location. This role is responsible for preparing high-quality food efficiently and consistently while maintaining cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Set up and maintain a clean, organized workstation
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices
• Maintain speed and accuracy during high-volume service periods
• Communicate effectively with kitchen team members and management
• Assist with prep work, stocking, and closing duties as needed

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Food safety knowledge a plus
